This tour gives us the chance to visit Central and Northern Mongolian the most beautiful historical sites such as Khuvsgul Lake National Park and many big rivers and lakes - a true heaven for fishing anglers, the Reindeer herder-Darkhad Ethnic Tribe, many historical sites and burial monuments, breathtaking scenery of wild nature.
Khuvsgul Lake is one of seventeen ancient lakes in the world and Central Asia's freshest and deepest lake. The lake is surrounded by beautiful high mountains covered by thick pine trees, dead volcanoes, and rich species of birds. That outstanding wild nature will give you endless opportunities for photography not possible anywhere else in the world.

Day 1. Arrival day & City Tour (L)
On this day, we will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the hotel***.

Day 2. Drive to Elsen - Tasarkhai semi-desert (B/L/D)
This morning, we will pick you up from your hotel and drive to The Elsen Tasarkhai semi-desert. sustainable travel
The area is surrounded by sand dunes, hills covered with rare bushes, and a small forest near a river. This presents a unique combination of Mongolian mountains, forests, and Gobi-type landscape in one location. sustainable travel
Over there, we will ride a camel for one hour. For dinner, we are going to have traditional Mongolian BBQ and learn from Nomads how they cook. Today, we will drive to approximately 280 km. Overnight at a Nomad family's spare ger. sustainable travel
Day 3. Drive to the ancient capital of Kharkhorum & Erdene Zuu Monastery (B/L/D)
We will drive to the ancient capital city of Kharkhorum. In 1220, great Chinggis Khaan declared it the capital city of his vast Empire. sustainable travel
Today, many exciting sites are left to visit: the legendary turtle rock sculptures, Buddhist stupas, and the ruins of this once-great city, to name a few. Erdenezuu - the first Buddhist monastery in Mongolia, was established in 1586. Today, Erdenezuu monastery still shows glory with collections of priceless religious objects and stunning Mongolian art. Day 4. Khorgo Volcano & Terkhiin Tsagaan nuur/ White Lake (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will drive to Terkhiin Tsagaan Nuur. Today, we will visit the extinct Khorgo volcano by trekking to its giant crater, which once spewed hot lava (7,000 years ago). Khorgo Mountain was a dormant volcano on the east shore of Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake. The volcano crater of the Togoo Uul is covered with Siberian Larch. sustainable travel
Next, we will drive to Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake, formed when Khorgo volcano lava dammed the Suman River, cutting a massive gorge through the basalt. It is an astonishingly beautiful lake and the right spot for bird-watching and fishing. Overnight at a tourists' ger camp. Today, we will drive approximately 280 km. sustainable travel
Day 5. Drive to Zuun Lake via Jargalan village (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will drive approximately five hours to Zuun Lake. The lake is an excellent place for bird viewing and is also located along the way to Khuvsgul National Park. Stay in Ger Camp (About 260 km) sustainable travel
Day 6. Drive to Khuvsgul Lake (B/L/D)
Today, we will drive to Khuvsgul Lake, Mongolia's most profound and purest lake. Known as the Blue Pearl of Mongolia, it borders Siberia and has magnificent landscape views.
We will also embark on a trek to the lakeside and mountains for photo-taking sessions, exploring and enjoying the wildlife, flora, and fauna of the Khuvsgul Lake area. Overnight at a tourists' ger camp. Today, we will drive approximately 230 km. sustainable travel
Day 7. Leisure day in Khuvgul lake (B/L/D)
This morning, we will proceed on horseback to the Khuvsgul Lake area and walk around the lake. sustainable travel
If you want, you will be able to rent a canoe to travel to Khusliin Khad, "Wishing Rock," Ireland, so the time flies quickly. We may see reindeer, taking a memorable picture of an unforgettable experience. Overnight at a tourists' ger camp. sustainable travel
Day 8. Drive to Uran- Togoo National Park (B/L/D)
Today, after having breakfast, we will drive to Uran-Togoo National Park, located in the sum of Khutag-Öndör in the aimag of Bulgan. sustainable travel
Uran Uul is an extinct volcano whose crater reaches 1686 meters (1,05 mile) above the ground, is 500 meters (0,31 mile) in diameter, and is 50 meters (164,04 feet) in depth. Overnight at a tourists' ger camp. sustainable travel
Day 9. Drive to Amarbayasgalant Monastery (B/L/D)
This morning, after having breakfast, we will drive to Amarbayasgalant Monastery; its name means" monastery of the quiet felicity," and it is located near the Selenge River at the foot of Mount Burenkhan. sustainable travel
It's one of the three largest monasteries in Mongolia. The Manchu emperor, Enkh Amgalan Khan, built the monastery in the 18th century. sustainable travel
This unique 300-year-old construction proudly stands. Overnight at a tourists' ger camp.
Day 10. Drive back to Ulaanbaatar city / Departure (B)
After breakfast, we will drive back to the city and drop you off at the international airport / Departure.
